Family Post List Help
View Page
• Family Updates have been listed 20 updates per page
• To view different pages that will show different Family Updates click a number next to "View Page #"
Sort Family Updates
• By default, Family Updates are sorted oldest to newest by date
• Click the Post Date to sort the Family Update by date (either oldest to newest or newest to oldest)
• Click the Post Title to sort the Family Update alphanumerically by Title
• Note: Changing the sort by clicking Post Date or Post Title will force the page to be reset to Page #1
View Family Update Item
• Click either the Date or the Title of the Family Update to display the entrie Family Update

Currently Sorted
• By default, Family Updates are sorted by posting date descending so that the newest update is listed first
• To change the way in which Family Updates are sorted, click "View All Family Updates" and on the list of Family Updates click Date or Title to adjust the sorting method
Previous Update
• Click this button to view the previous Family Update in the currently sorted list
• Remember the Family Updates may be sorted by date or by title and either ascending or descending - therefore the "Previous" item will be the previous Update item in the currently sorted list
Next Update
• Click this button to view the next Family Update in the currently sorted list
• Remember the Family Updates may be sorted by date or by title and either ascending or descending - therefore the "Next" item will be the next Update item in the currently sorted list
Admin Update Help
Add New Update
• Click this link to add a new update, add the content and click "Save Update" to save it
• NEW DATE CALENDAR, you can change the date for Family Update, by default, today's date is used
• NEW DATE CALENDAR, click the calendar icon and select a date from the calendar to change the date
• By default newly added updates are not live on the web; click "Show Update On Web" to make the update visible to users
Edit This Update
• Click this link to edit the title / description of the currently viewed update
• NEW DATE CALENDAR, you can change the date for the Family Update, click the calendar icon to modify the date
• If the Family Update you are editting is currently displayed on the site, updates to the content will immediately be visible to users
Hide Update On Web / Show Update On Web
• If the update is currently visible on the web, the link will say Hide and clicking it will change the Family Update so that it is NOT visible on the web
• If the update is currently NOT visible on the web, the link will say Show and clicking it will change the Family Update so that it IS VISIBLE on the web
