Photo Album List Help
Sort Pictures
• By default, pictures are sorted first to last by picture id (1, 2, 3, etc.)
• Other picture sorting is available
• REMEMBER: when viewing a slide show, the images are viewed based on the currently selected sort
View Page
• Album contact sheets contain 25 pictures per page
• Select the page number from the dropdown list to jump to a new page
First Page / Last Page / View Page #
• You can browse the album contact sheets by page, just click these buttons
Title Help
• A picture title is required, enter the new title and click "Save Changes"
• If you delete all the title text and click "Save Changes" the title will remain the same
Contributor Help
• A picture contributor is required, enter the new contributor and click "Save Changes"
• If you delete all the contributor text and click "Save Changes" the contributor will remain the same
Help For Admin On Pictures
Edit Function
• You may need to scroll the web page down to locate the item being editted!!
• Click edit to edit the title, contributor or description text
• Make changes to the data in the text boxes provided
• "Save Changes" will save changes || "Cancel Edit" will NOT save changes
• Errors are not shown, so if you delete all the text for title or contributor the data will not be saved
Delete Function
• CAUTION!! This will permanently DELETE the image and all information from the database
• Use only when you are 100% sure that the image should be deleted, such as a spammer
• The image is deleted from the web server and can not be retrieved!
• Click "Delete" to activate the delete process
• To permanently delete the image click "Confirm Delete" and the image is deleted
• To cancel the delete process click "Cancel"
Hide Image On Web / Show Image On Web
• If the image is hidden from the public the image will have a RED border
• If the image is currently displayed to the public the link will say "Hide Image On Web"
• Clicking "Hide Image On Web" will hide the image from public view
• If the image is currently NOT displayed to the public the link will say "Show Image On Web"
• Clicking "Show Image On Web" will SHOW the image to the public
Remove From / Include In Random Pics
• In certain places on the site, a random picture is displayed (like the home page)
• Any picture can be included in the random picture list, but not ALL pictures are included in the random list
• If the image is included in the random picture list the image will have a GREEN border
• If the image is currently in the list of random pictures the link will say "Remove From Random"
• Clicking "Remove From Random" will remove the image from the random list
• If the image is not in the list of random pictures the link will say "Include In Random Pics"
• Clicking "Include In Random Pics" will include the image in the random list
